About the LAC

The purpose of the Oregon Legislative Action Committee (LAC) is to protect the interests of those living in condominium, cooperative and property owners associations by educating elected state lawmakers and monitoring, introducing and influencing legislation affecting community associations throughout Oregon. The Committee is comprised of nine nationally appointed delegates.
