The objectives of this Task Force are as follows:

1)  Investigate Community Association Volunteer Leader (CAVL) member and non-member opinions about current educational and event offerings. Determine current needs of CAVL members and non-members in areas of education and what influences their decision to attend or not to attend programs and events.

2)  Analyze results/conclusions of Objective #1 and synthesize programs, marketing, and outreach designed to specifically meet the needs of CAVL members and non-members in order to reach them, encourage them to participate, and create higher membership numbers.

3) Work with CED and Committees to implement test programs; analyze results and make final recommendations to the           Board and Committees.
